Noel Ifeanyi Alumona is passionate about Education and more specifically improving access to quality education in underserved communities. 

From over 5 years of practical classroom teaching, to monitoring and evaluation, research and observations into pupil outcomes, and now Special Education of kids with Learning Disabilities, his experience as an education professional is multi-faceted.

After gaining experience in such a diverse spectrum in education, he is currently pursuing a degree in Special Education and Teaching at Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College – ranked number 1 in Special Ed. in the world. 

Noel’s varied experiences in education gives him a unique perspective that will lend itself to policy and development applications.

As a Community Development Specialist, he has helped improve access to education for over 7,000 vulnerable children, victims of disasters and violent extremism in Nigeria.

In 2013, he founded Hope for African Children, a community-based organization that increases access to education for vulnerable children in underserved communities. 

Through these experiences, he has developed strong project development, management, and implementation skills.

He enjoys providing solutions to issues focusing on peace-building, special education, youth value development, and childcare improvement. 

He has a strong passion for community services with an overall interest in global peace, education and foreign diplomatic affairs.
