Engineer Joseph Adetunji Adegoke, also known as Joseph Adegoke, Asiwaju, The Rock, or Gokejoe, was born on January 21, 1987.
He is also a licensed engineer, real estate broker, educational consultant, pastor, and philanthropist.
He is from Asa Town, OlaOluwa LGA in Osun State. Born in Lagos Island Ikoyi and grew up in Enugu State. Before returning back to Osun State in the year 2001, after his Military father retirement.
Early Life and Education
On January 21, 1987, Joseph Adetunji Adegoke was born in Dondan Barracks, Lagos, to the late Sir Chief Dr. Hon. Reuben Adekunle Adegoke (JP).
His father is a former officer in the military. She later grew up in Enugu State as a result of a military transfer, despite the fact that her Igbo mother is an Igbo businesswoman from Abia State.
At the Army Barrack Day Care Nursery School in Gariki, Awkunanaw, Enugu State, Joseph Adegoke began his academic career.
He continued his schooling at Command Children School, located on Abakaliki Road in Enugu State’s 82 Division of the Nigerian Army.
After enrolling at Government Technical College in Enugu, Enugu State, in 2001, Engineer Joseph Adegoke transferred to A1 Comprehensive Grammar School in Iwo, Osun State.
He continued to Ladoke Akintola University of Technology LAUTECH, Ogbomoso, Oyo State where he received his degree after completing his secondary schooling.
Engineer Joseph Adegoke completed his National Youth Service Corps in 2013, received his NSE in 2016, and obtained his COREN in 2018.
Joseph Adegoke Career
Leading Nigerian businesses including GOKEJOE Construction Company NIG LTD., THE ROCK Real Estate Management, and Borehole Drilling services were founded by and are led by Joseph Adegoke.
He founded and is the owner of The Rock Of Salvation International Academy in Iwo. The Rock Of Salvation Foundation’s creator as well.
In Iwo, Osun State’s MFM Regional Headquarters, he serves as a resident pastor.
NGO and Philanthropy
The Rock Of Salvation Foundation is led by Joseph Adegoke, who defines it as a vision from God to help the underprivileged, the destitute, widows, and students by providing scholarships and encouraging youth empowerment.
