Isaac Balami was born on 25th August 1984, he is a Nigerian aircraft engineer, pilot and entrepreneur.
He is the founder of 7-Star Global hanger, the first-ever privately owned independent Aircraft overhaul maintenance and repair facility in West and Central Africa and 7-Star Global Airline.
In 2009, he was appointed the National President of the Nigeria Association of Aircraft Pilots and Engineers.
Early Life and Education
Isaac Balami was born in Biu, Borno state. He attended Army Children School Maiduguri and Brigadier Maimalari Day secondary school before proceeding to the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, Zaria where he obtained the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
In 2011, he obtained the HAWKER 4000 course certification in Airframe, Power plant and Aircraft maintenance engineering from the Flight Safety International, Kansas, USA.
He thereafter proceeded to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Aviation Management from Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, Zaria in 2013.

Isaac Balami career started with Computer Associates as an extol system engineer before moving to Aero Contractors (Nigeria) in 2007.
In 2012, he was appointed Business Development Manager of Aero Contractors, overseeing third party maintenance across all airlines in Africa.
In 2009, he was elected the president of the National Association of Aircraft Pilots and Engineers and was reelected in 2013.
In 2016, he led the association to call for the amendment of the Civil Aviation Act, to provide for their engagement by local and foreign airlines.
In 2017, Balami was granted a Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) license by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority in Lagos (NCAA) to operate 7-star Global Hanger, an aircraft leasing and maintenance agency handling Boeing 737 fleets, private jets military/paramilitary aeroplanes and other aircraft type maintenance.
In October 2020, he received the Airline Transport License (ATL) from the Federal Government of Nigeria to float 7-star Global Airline, the first African premium airline, specializing in scheduling, non-scheduling and cargo operations[10].
In 2018, he founded the Labour Room Reality TV show, Nigeria’s first reality TV show geared towards national development.
The TV show premiered in Abuja and ran for 60 days on several TV stations across Nigeria.
